Appointments
For your comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled treatment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for the treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The full value of the treatment will be applicable. For your safety and wellbeing a consultation card must be completed on your first visit so please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for this.
Cancellations
Curvetone understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. You must bring along your voucher to your appointment. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
Health considerations
Please mention any type of medical condition when making a booking. Certain treatments may not be advisable. Please inform your therapist of any medical condition that you might have (pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, recent surgery, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, muscle or joint injuries, etc).
Contra-Indications
We do not recommend waxing or facials before or after sunbeds, sauna, or sunbathing
Alcohol should not be consumed before or after Holistic treatments and ensure you drink plenty of water
We do not recommend pedicures treatments if you suffer from athlete's foot, verrucae or fungal infections.

Curvetone stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices, without prior notice.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
Children
To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and also to comply with current health and safety regulations. We request that your child must be supervised by an adult during your treatment.
Purchase of Retail Products & Refunds
Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering. Due to the high incidents of fraud and fraudulent transaction NO CASH REFUNDS will be done. EFT transaction will be done. There will be a 10% handling fee on all transactions.

We currently do not have a card machine; however it’s in the process and will update as soon as it arrives.
